Company party gift exchange. I need ideas for a gift?

It’s the type of exchange where everyone brings a gift and they put them all out on the table and then everyone gets to pick one.
$20 limit.
Has to be for adult men and women.
I’ve ruled out a gift basket, alcohol, and gift cards. Those are too common and I really wanted something original.

You should buy a bluetooth headset i saw some a radioshack for 19.99. They could really use one cause of that new cell phone law.

get a couple of nice mugs…fill it with packets of hot coco and mini marshmallows.
get a couple of martini glasses or wine glasses and fill it with goodies
gum ball machine filled with gum balls for their desk
